Server and Workstations Hardware Support
Our support plans are flexible allowing you to decide what level of service you require for hardware support of your server, workstations and network infrastructure. We offer 2, 4 or 8 working hour response times, plans that include labour, travel and SLA (Service Level Agreement) and also selected hardware replacement and loan equipment to keep you up and running.
